Wecome To The New Home Of TheEPROM9
Here is the hand drawn schematic & the pinout of the OR-1 RAM module. The main chip & only component used in it other than the PCB & case. The RAM chip used is a HD61914, this chip is used a lot by the early CASIO pocket computer & programmable calculators. This is a Hitachi part however their does not seem to be any datasheets available for it. If you know of ones existence then let me know.

The dimensions of the board. Due to all the little niggly bits it is a not a case of just the PCB dimensions.
These are available on GITHub.

Main Schematic of the memory module.
The PCB layout. The INT & GND are both connected to the same pin as the RAM chip is active low. Also the original board had a guard trace, I replicated that in my design.
The finished PCB in KiCAD waiting on being produced by one of the two most popular Chinese PCB manufactures.
