Here is the hand drawn pinout of the OR-4 RAM module. The RAM chip used is four HD61914 chips, this chip is used a lot by the early CASIO pocket computer & programmable calculators. This is a Hitachi part however their does not seem to be any datasheets available for it. If you know of ones existence then let me know.

The dimensions of the board. Due to all the little niggly bits it is a not a case of just the PCB dimensions. They are the same as the OR-1 PCB.
